Why do you need truck dispatcher service?
A truck dispatcher is essentially to manage freight on behalf of a carrier whether owner operators or trucking Company. That includes using load boards and personal connections to locate freight that needs to be shipped, speaking to brokers, conducting negotiations, and eventually dispatching drivers and setting up their routes.
Dispatchers will contact shippers or freight brokers on your behalf to negotiate loads that meet your requirements. You won’t be charged any fees until after the load is agreed upon.
